Influence of filter dust holding process on room negative pressure and ventilation rate

Taking the ventilation system of a curing line of a project as an example, the one-dimensional hydraulic balance model of the curing line exhaust pipe network is established by using the FLoMASTER software. The change of negative pressure and ventilation rate of the curing line room with the dust holding volume is simulated and analysed according to the resistance characteristic curve of the filter in the dust holding process. The corresponding adjustment measures are put forward to provide a basis for subsequent commissioning and operation for the situation that the negative pressure and ventilation rate of the curing line room does not meet the specifications and design requirements in the dust holding process.
